Please check if you connected your WordPress account to a XenForo account at http://domain.com/wordpress/wp-admin/profile.php Your posts get sync'd only if your accounts are connected together. Comments get sync'd only if the parent post is sync'd. Comments may get sync'd as guest as needed.

Sync from WordPress to XenForo is immediately. Sync from XenForo to WordPress is an hour. Currently you can't change that, new version should give finer control regarding sync. Sorry for that
