Top bar links and login bar hidden on mobile

    I configured the top bar to "Always Show." On a desktop browser the login and register links display and work fine. However, on a mobile browser these disappear. How can I make the links always display?

    Which WordPress theme are you using? I believe the default doesn't hide it in mobile.

    Using the default Twenty Fourteen theme. No superfluous plugins.
