BD Cache Amp Notice Support

    It would be nice if notices were supported. Right now when a user loads the page they are going to more than likely be a guest user and a new person to visit the site. Our guest notice CTA does not show and there is no register link available at the top of the of the page for the user to easily find.

    If not notice support, better integration of login/register

    I think we can add a new special notice for amp page which can be changed via option or phrase or template. It will show up on all amp page. How does that sound?
