[bd] anonymous posting available for guest?

@xfrocks the button to post anonymously doesn't show up for guests I believe, would be great if they can post anonymously also so they don't have to enter a new guest name all the time. Also if the Upload editor isn't enabled for the user group the anonymous button doesn't show up either had to move it to a button that is always available.
