Resolved PHP 7 Compatibility

    @xfrocks it seems this is incompatible with PHP 7 (7.0.5 in my case).

    With the add-on installed the list is empty. It doesn't matter if the add-on is enabled or disabled.

    I'm tracking down the issue to a template modification but it shouldn't affect anything if the add-on is disabled. Are you sure that the page is blank even when the add-on is disabled?

    I'm on my phone right now and only have Paygate installed (was using and intend to use stripe also), but I just checked and it it not happening when installed but disabled, so you're correct :)

    @xfrocks I just confirmed that the page is not blank with both Paygate and Paygate Stripe installed, as long as they're disabled.

    [bd] Paygates latest have been running for a while on PHP7 site without issue FYI.
