@MadDog you will most likely want to use IPB games, they are already "packed" in a format to upload (tar files). Upload them via your Admin Panel > Applications > XF Arcade > Import Game then fill out any details that aren't automatically added. If you want to add the files manually use the Add New Game selection, fill in the details and upload any files that came with the game. Games need to be "converted" to allow scores to submit to the arcade, if you just add SWFs that haven't been altered to allow scoring via the arcade then no scores will save. Do a Google Search for IPB Arcade Games and you'll find lots of sites that have games for download.
