Problem with xf arcade installation

    I uploaded everything, and installed using the xml file.

    I could change the options, categories, games, etc... but nothing added to the nav bar, and going to

    /arcade
    and
    /arcade.php

    both resulted in 404. There is definitely an arcade.php file in the root. The other add-ons I have are:
    CTA Table BB Code
    Nodes As Tabs
    XenPorta
