Oh, looks like you are not using XenForo custom user fields?! You are using an add-on for that, right?
Im using waindigo's custom fields mod, but that just extends the native custom fields. I'll disable it and try sending again.
xfrocks @Rob Ah, that makes sense because your screenshots look a bit different from mine. I thought you were running an older version of XenForo. My best guess is the add-on does not check for criteria correctly (maybe it doesn't work with more than one choices, try selecting one choice only).
Actually.... that mod only applies to threads and posts... not users. I disabled it anyway and tried sending... 0 sent still mate
Ok, "custom fields" and "user criteria" by waindigo are both disabled - still doesnt send. Let me try with one choice.
xfrocks @Rob Check the custom field edit page first, if it doesn't look like my screenshot, it is some other add-on. Also, the URL should be something like this http://domain.com/xenforo/admin.php?user-fields/field_id/edit Btw, what is your XenForo version?
My edit screen looks like yours now the add ons are disabled. still zero sent Will pm you the custom field edit page

Im just choosing the custom field ONLY in the criteria and just selecting one choice zero sent still - it is checking the VALUE field and not the display name isnt it?
Can you please check if they ARE actually sending, but not being reported? I've just had a sale of an item the alert was promoting.... it is highly possible a coincidence but just in case

xfrocks @Rob You should be able to send alerts with the new version. I also added expiration for you.

Yeah! I just purchased it before. But I ask for refund LoL. Because I though I can create an auto alert on this addon. Let says a welcome alert for new member. Auto Alert to notify new members to read important thread. Could you please expand it that way? We set an auto alert if this/those criteria is meet, something like that
Oh, I see. Auto alert is a bit trouble some, it's different from notice (where criteria can be used). You know you can send mass alert right? Let's stick to that for now. I will think more about the auto alert thingy.
Yes I know I can send mass alert with this, though I also have Luke's addon to mass alert. I only purchase this now for the feature that combines alerts like fb and also auto removes alert when email is clicked.
