{$visitorIsBrowsingWithMobile} is not working on Template Modification?

    Works fine on widgets.

    But using it on Template Modification does nothing.
    Is it intended?

    That variable is prepared by the add-on for widgets only. You cannot use it anywhere else. Of course if your template modification targets some widget template, it should work.
