Admin Rights

    Hi,

    maybe a silly question, when one of my authors tried to link his WP account to XF he is getting an error saying he doesn't have admin right,

    please can you help on this i may have missed the most easiest thing

    Can you clarify whether the message is from XenForo or WordPress? Screenshot would be most useful.

    Normally WordPress author should have access to WordPress Dashboard already... Do you happen to use any role/permission management WordPress plugin?

    No, I don't have any installed.

    I will go through them and check to see if anyone has installed one

    Yes, please do check installed plugin. And you haven't uploaded the screenshot?

    Think I've sorted it, some one had install admin menu pro, and amended the settings to read only permissions on edit profile
